Every ten minutes, everything launched on pump.fun in that window is fused into a single low-poly pampi. One pampi per epoch, generated once, shown to everyone. Nothing is curated and nothing regenerates — the archive only grows.
Time is cut into fixed ten-minute windows aligned to UTC. Every pump.fun token that launches inside a window belongs to that epoch. The clock is the same for every visitor, so everyone is always looking at the same face at the same moment.
A live connection to pump.fun's firehose records every launch as it happens — its name, ticker, creator and coin artwork. There is no history to fetch; the face is built only from what launches while the epoch is open.
When an epoch closes it settles for ninety seconds before anything is drawn. Fresh tokens launch near nothing and need a moment to run, so each launch is polled repeatedly and its highest verified market cap is kept as its all-time high for the window.
Only launches that clear a $0 verified market cap at settle qualify to shape the pampi. Everything below is still counted, but it doesn't become anatomy.
The qualifying launches are ranked by market cap. The largest becomes the head and body of the creature. The next few become what it wears and carries — printed on its chest, worn on its head, perched on a shoulder. The rest become the crowd: small details and figures at the edges. The bigger the launch, the bigger its part.
If the same ticker is spammed several times in one window, only its strongest copy shapes the face; the duplicates fall into the crowd.
A model looks at the actual coin artwork of the top launches and describes what it sees. Those descriptions — not just the names — are what the character is built from, so a dog in a durag with a gold chain comes through as exactly that.
The assembled description is rendered in a fixed PS1 style: a rough low-poly portrait, the same camera and framing every time, so the archive reads as one continuous series. The image is generated a single time on the server and written to the archive. Every visitor is served that same file — no two people ever see different faces for the same epoch.
There will be 1000 PAMPIS in total — a fixed, finite record of the trenches.
The burn phase is now closed. While the collection was being generated, each pampi could be reserved by burning 250,000 $PAMPI. You may burn for one to ten in a single transaction. The burn is permanent and irreversible: the tokens are destroyed on-chain and removed from supply forever.
All 1,000 PAMPIS have been generated and burning has closed. Burns made while the phase was open still count toward reservations; anything burned afterwards does not.
The remaining unburned supply is then minted on launchmynft at the median average price of the burned tokens. Everyone who burned during the burn phase receives a free-mint whitelist spot for the mint phase.
When the mint phase ends, every unsold pampi is burned. No leftover supply, no unclaimed inventory sitting on the collection forever — what didn't find a home is destroyed.
Collected is every launch caught in the window. Qualified is how many cleared the $0 bar and shaped the face. A NULL FACE means nothing qualified — an empty record, kept honestly rather than faked.
